Don't Blame Me

Don’t blame me for this…

Don’t blame when your taxes go up.
Don’t blame me when terrorists realize all they need to do is wait us out to win a war.
Don’t blame me when those same terrorists attack us because our president will be too weak to do anything about it.
Don’t blame me when the value of human life decreases even more because there will be even less restrictions on abortion.
Don’t blame me when the sanctity of marriage goes out the window because people can marry someone of the same sex.
Don’t blame me when teen pregnancy and STD’s go back up because Obama won’t support abstinence programs. (Abstinence is, after all, the only 100% effective birth control)

Don’t blame me, I didn’t vote for him.

And, lest you think I’m a bigot (you may already, but you’re wrong) I don’t hate people who are gay; I just think they’re wrong. I have someone who used to be very close to me who I love very much and I wish we were still close, she’s a lesbian and I love her like a sister, I just think she’s made a wrong choice. I would be happy to comment on this further if asked.

I also know there are other ways than just abortion that cheapen human life, but I feel the day the supreme court said it’s ok to kill a baby just because they haven’t been born yet, was the day we started down that slippery slope of having to decide just what constitutes life.

Have a great day.

Election Day

Well, I’ve been pretty terrible in actually posting to this blog, but I figured I’d throw something here today.

First of all, I want to say how much I appreciate my family and I love how creative and funny my little brother is. I went onto his Facebook page and under his educational information he marked that he’ll be graduating ninja school in 2012 with a major in bowstaff skills and a minor in economics. Nobody else might find that funny, but it cracked me up.

Secondly, today is Election Day, I hope a lot of people will get out and vote, and vote republican! McCain wasn’t my first choice for the republican candidate, I wanted Huckabee, but I certainly believe he’s a way better choice than Obama. Some reasons I’d rather have McCain…

1. He’d tax me less than Obama
2. He has a more realistic view of the current war.
3. He supports The Federal Defense of Marriage Act
4. He’d tax me less than Obama
5. He opposes Medicaid funded abortion
6. He’d fight to protect the integrity of federally defined abstinence-until- marriage education.
7. He’d tax me less than Obama

Have a great day.
